With a coaching tenure spanning a decade, Mustafa's dedication to the sport has led him to specialise in women and girls' cricket for the past three years. Currently lending his expertise to the UCCE Leeds women's side and the University of Leeds women's team, Mustafa's impact extends beyond coaching, as he has established U11, U13, and U15 girls' sides, as well as a women's team of his own.
